Goal: To reconstruct the main switchboard of the complete transformer substation with the complete replacement of all equipment.

Solutions and Services: On the basis of electrical cabinets ShNP, we have designed individual modular cabinets, representing in aggregate the main switchboard for the complete transformer substation.

Project Description

Wiring cabinets ShNP are designed for the installation of switching, electrical and distribution devices in a housing protected from the adverse environmental effects and mechanical damage.

The highly reliable design allows using the cabinets in various environments, and the removable side and rear panels provide for easy access to the cabinet.

Frameworks ShNP for this project have the following characteristics:

• Design option: floor-standing;

• Dimensions: height: 2200 mm; width: 600, 800 mm; depth: 800 mm;

• The cabinets are made of 1.5-2.0 mm sheet steel;

• Installation panel thickness - 2.0 mm;

• Durable dismountable framework. The distributed load is 600 kg (with an option to increase the load up to 800 kg - using special reinforcing elements);

• Modular design of the cabinet allows for its abutting with other cabinets in a row;

• The removable side and rear panels provide for easy access to the cabinet from all four sides.

• All conductive parts of the cabinet are grounded;

• The door with a swivel handle and lock, left and right hinge, door opening angle 180°;

• Door type - single- or double-leaf with four-point locking mechanism;

• The cabinet includes a 100 mm high support frame (base) for installation;

• The cabinets were supplied complete with: a base, instrument and vertical rails, sectional partitions, false panels of various configurations, lintels for side and front mounting;

• Protection degree: IP54.
